SC Slams Centre for Failure to Prevent Racial Discrimination against Northeast People - 19.10.2016

Supreme Court has slammed Centre for not being able to take enough measures to prevent racial discrimination of people from Northeastern States in Delhi and asked whether it is ready to set up a Nodal Agency for purpose.
