SC Directs Parsvnath to Refund Rs. 22 Crore to 70 Flat Buyers - 18.10.2016

Supreme Court has imposed penalty on Parsvnath Developers and ordered it to make a refund of Rs 22 crore to 70 flat buyers for not handing over possession on time.
