NGT Notices Centre, CONCOR over Shifting of Tughlakabad Depot - 18.10.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notices to Centre, Delhi government, Container Corporation of India’s (CONCOR) and Railway Board over plea seeking g shifting of Inland Container Depot at Tughlakabad to another place.
