Madras HC Rejects Plea Seeking SC Status for Dalit Converts to Islam - 18.10.2016

Madras High Court has rejected a petition filed by Secretary of a Muslim jamath seeking a direction to State Government to declare caste to which Dalit converts to Islam would belong and issue community certificates to them mentioning the appropriate caste.
