Delhi HC: Will Be Unique Day When Litigants Decide Who Will Hear Their Case - 18.10.2016

Delhi High Court, while hearing plea of Congress leader Sajjan Kumar and others for transferring their case regarding 1984 anti-Sikh riots, alleging bias by one member of a Division Bench, has observed that it will be “unique” if parties decide which judge will hear their matter.
