SC Rejects Plea Seeking Codification of Constitutional Immunity to Lawmakers - 18.10.2016

Supreme Court has refused to entertain plea seeking codification of constitutional immunity from prosecution granted to lawmakers for their statements and speeches on the floor of Parliament House.
