Punjab & Haryana HC Notices UGC over Not Recognising Distance Education Degrees - 17.10.2016

Punjab and Haryana HC has asked University Grants Commission (UGC) to explain rationale behind not recognising Distance Education Degrees acquired by students for which examinations were conducted at centres outside territorial jurisdiction of Universities.
