Bombay HC Slams State Government over Malnutrition Deaths - 17.10.2016

Bombay High Court came down heavily on Maharashtra government for death of tribal children due to malnutrition, saying it seems to lack “sensitivity” and is “not concerned at all”, and judicial orders were almost an “exercise in futility”.
