Bombay HC Directs Hiranandani Group’s Co-founder to pay Rs. 519 Crore Compensation to his Daughter - 17.10.2016

Bombay HC has directed entrepreneur and co-founder of Hiranandani Group, Niranjan Hiranandani to deposit Rs 370 crore in cash and another Rs 149.50 crore by way of bank guarantees as compensation for his daughter for a “breach of trust” and for infringing terms of a business agreement.
