Delhi HC Rules ‘Demand of Privacy by Wife Not Cruelty towards Husband’ - 17.10.2016

Delhi HC has held that demand for privacy by a married woman after she enters her matrimonial home cannot be dubbed as cruelty towards husband to grant him divorce.
