Bombay HC Rules ‘Chief Information Commissioner has Power to Transfer Information Commissioner’ - 17.10.2016

Bombay HC has ruled that State Chief Information Commissioner has power to transfer State Information Commissioner from one region to other to ensure proper functioning of Commission.
