Madras HC Sets Aside Order Disqualifying Panchayat President - 14.10.2016

Madras High Court has set aside an order issued by Tamil Nadu State Election Commission (TNSEC) disqualifying a Panchayat president, on ground that the order was not notified in the official gazette.
