Punjab and Haryana High Court Denies to Hear Chandigarh Golf Club Lease Case - 04.09.2015

Punjab and Haryana High Court has denied to hear case about tussle between Chandigarh Golf Club and UT Administration on issue of renewal of lease rent of nearly 132 acre land that is in the club’s possession.
