Gujarat HC Notices State Government, Waqf Board over ‘Illegal’ Sale of Properties - 14.10.2016

Gujarat High Court has issued notices to State Government, Gujarat Waqf Board and Central Waqf Council on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), challenging State Waqf Board’s move for allegedly granting “unauthorized and illegal” sale permit of Waqf properties.
