Bombay High Court on Mumbai Hotel Raids: Police Can't Take Moral Stand - 03.09.2015

Bombay High Court while seeking to know under what provisions Mumbai Police conducted raids on couples in hotels in Suburban Malvani, has ruled that police cannot take a moral stand in matter without backing of law or legislative policy.
