Bombay HC Refuses Plea to Record Court Proceedings - 13.10.2016

Bombay HC has dismissed a petition demanding for video recording of proceedings in all courts of the country on ground that it was a fundamental right of a citizen to know judicial procedures and happenings during hearing of cases.
