SC Dismisses Civic Body's Appeal against Bombay High Court Verdict - 12.10.2016

SC has dismissed an appeal filed by Aurangabad Municipal Corporation against Bombay HC's judgment on October 16 last year, in which it quashed a criminal complaint filed by the civic body's medical health officer against a city-based gynaecologist.
