SC Stays Allahabad HC Order for CBI Probe into Illegal Mining - 12.10.2016

Supreme Court has stayed Allahabad High Court order directing CBI probe into illegal mining across Uttar Pradesh, saying it was passed without proper application of mind or examining preliminary enquiry reports filed by the CBI.
