Delhi High Court Slams Govt. Over Absence of Counsel - 03.09.2015

Delhi High Court has slammed City Government over absence of its counsel from court and for failure to show its cabinet decision to accord “martyr” status to a Rajasthan farmer who had died during an AAP rally in city.
