Bombay HC: RTE Does Not Apply to Minority Schools - 10.10.2016

Bombay HC, while hearing a petition filed by Federation of Linguistic & Religious Minority Education Institutions, has reiterated that Right To Education (RTE) Act does not apply to religious and linguistic minority schools.
