Delhi HC: Notes of Judges’ Stenos Don’t Come under RTI - 10.10.2016

Delhi HC has ruled that notes dictated by a judge to a stenographer during hearing of a case would not be considered as a record held by a public authority and hence cannot be sought under the Right to Information Act (RTI).
