SC Summons Delhi HC Registrar over Grading Given to Judicial Officer - 07.10.2016

Supreme Court has summoned Registrar-General of Delhi High Court to appear before it on Friday to explain how a Lower Court Judge had been graded under a ranking that corresponded to ‘integrity doubtful’ without any material basis.
