SC Notices Centre & UP Government over Exemption to Minority Schools under Right to Education Act - 06.10.2016

SC has issued notice to Centre & Uttar Pradesh Government on a plea seeking a relook by a constitution bench on whether minority institutions both aided and unaided were excluded entirely from the ambit of the Right to Education Act.
