CIC: UGC Must Give Clarifications on Recognized Courses - 06.10.2016

Central Information Commission (CIC), while rejecting the plea of Higher Education Regulator, has said that UGC and other public authorities cannot deny clarifications sought by RTI applicants if it is part of their duty to collect that.
