Punjab & Haryana HC Directs Tenants to Remove Building Violations within 2 Weeks - 05.10.2016

Punjab & Haryana HC, after granting sufficient opportunities to owners of Sector 37-based Batra Theatre to remove building violations, has directed their tenants to remove the non-compoundable building violations within two weeks at the expense of Batra brothers.
