SC Rejects Owners’ Plea over Compensation for Land Acquired by Reliance Gas - 05.10.2016

SC has dismissed appeals by more than 50 land owners of Surat alleging that Reliance Gas Transportation and Infrastructure Ltd had not adequately compensated them for land acquisition.
