Delhi HC: Misuse of Coal Mines Leads to Loss of Public Revenue - 05.10.2016

Delhi HC, while observing that there would be loss of public revenue if a coal block is not operated properly, has upheld decision of NTPC Ltd rejecting techno-commercial bid of a company for operation and development of Dulanga coal mine in Odisha.
