Delhi HC Says Notes Taken by Judge’s Steno Not a Public Record under RTI Act - 05.10.2016

Delhi HC has ruled that shorthand note book in which a court stenographer takes dictation from judge is not a “record” held by a public authority and therefore cannot be sought under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
