Kerala HC Rejects Ex-Minister Plea to Quash Vigilance Case over Tax Relief for Poultry Traders - 05.10.2016

Kerala HC has dismissed a petition by Ex-Minister K M Mani seeking quashing of a criminal case registered against him by Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) and directed the agency to probe it with "open eyes and open ears".
