Delhi HC Rules, “Provisional Certificate Valid till Degree is Issued” - 05.10.2016

Delhi HC, while pulling up Delhi University (DU) for denying admission to a student under ST category on basis of a provisional certificate, has ruled that Provisional Certificate issued by a varsity continues to be valid till a degree is issued.
