CIC Rules: “Disclosing Assets of Official’s Spouse Not Permissible under RTI” - 04.10.2016

Central Information Commission (CIC) has ruled that demanding asset details of spouse and dependents of government officials under Right to Information Act is "unreasonable and illegal".
