Bombay HC Slams Dadar School for Denying Admission on Basis of Distance - 04.10.2016

Bombay HC has slammed Balmohan Vidyamandir at Shivaji Park for refusing admission to a child in junior kindergarten, only on the ground that she does not stay within a kilometre radius of the school.
