Bombay HC Rules: “Condoms Found in Youth’s Pocket Not Decisive Evidence in Gang Rape” - 04.10.2016

Bombay HC, while releasing on bail of a 25-year-old Pune IT professional arrested for his alleged involvement in a colleague's gang rape, has ruled that, “a packet of condoms found in a youth's pocket may not be decisively important evidence”.
