Delhi HC Seeks Centre’s & Delhi Govt.’s Reply over Restaurants Charging Excess VAT, Service Tax - 04.10.2016

Delhi HC has sought responses from Centre and Delhi Government, against a petition alleging a continuing practice of restaurants in the National Capital overcharging patrons on the VAT (Value Added Tax) component in bills.
