SC Grants Relief to MP’s BJP MLA Rajendra Kumar Meshram - 04.10.2016

SC has upheld election of BJP lawmaker Rajendra Kumar Meshram by setting aside a Madhya Pradesh HC order nullifying his nomination on the ground of resorting to unfair means to win assembly polls in May 2015.
