SC Seeks Opinion of Gurdwara Committee over Implementation of Ban on Sardar Jokes - 04.10.2016

SC has expressed serious doubts over enforceability of a ban on jokes on any community and asked Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) and Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) to outline how a ban on 'Sardar jokes' could be implemented.
