Delhi HC Slams Centre for Ignoring Important IP Statutory Provision - 02.09.2015

Delhi HC has issued notice to Central Government on a PIL filed by IP expert Shamnad Basheer, alleging weak enforcement of an important statutory provision, Form 27, which discloses patent data of a company.
