Karnataka HC Directs United Breweries & Kingfisher Airlines to Approach Appellate Tribunal - 03.10.2016

Karnataka HC has directed United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd. and Kingfisher Airlines Ltd. to approach Appellate Tribunal against order of Adjudicating Authority, which had rejected their application seeking copies of certain documents based on which the Enforcement Directorate had attached properties.
