Madras HC Stays Proceedings against Puducherry Minister over False Details in his Election Affidavit - 03.10.2016

Madras HC has stayed further proceedings against Puducherry Minister Malladi Krishna Rao on file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Yanam which has arraigned him as an accused following a complaint that he had furnished "false details" in his election affidavit.
