Hyderabad HC: Prior Notice Mandatory before Demolition - 03.10.2016

Hyderabad HC, while appreciating State’s intention to remove illegal encroachments on nalas, tank beds and storm water drains in Greater Hyderabad, has directed authorities to give notices to occupants concerned prior to demolition and give at least two weeks’ time to them to respond to such notice.
