Delhi HC Denies Relief to 60 Year Old Person Accused of Sexual Harassment - 03.10.2016

Delhi HC, while upholding five-year jail term to a 60-year-old man, who had sexually assaulted an eight-year-old girl, has held that convict Raman Kumar does not deserve any leniency as he took advantage of the tiny girl’s “loneliness” while sexually assaulting her.
