Madras HC Warns District Collectors Over Defacement of Public Properties - 03.10.2016

Madras HC, while hearing Public Interest Litigations (PIL) seeking action against those who damaged public properties by defacing it, has asked District Collectors to complete exercise of removing defacement on public properties within two months or face contempt proceedings.
