Karnataka HC Issues Notice to Union and the State Government over constitutional validity of ISWD Act - 30.09.2016

Karnataka HC has issued notice to the Union & State Government on a plea questioning constitutional validity of a provision of Inter-State Water Disputes (ISWD) Act, 1956, that declares the decision of the water disputes tribunal equivalent to an order passed by the Supreme Court.
