SC Rejects Plea Filed by P. Ramkumar’s Father for Private Doctor at Ramkumar’s Autopsy - 29.09.2016

SC has refused to entertain a plea of Swathi murder case accused P. Ramkumar’s father, who allegedly committed suicide in jail, to have an independent expert present at the time of his son's autopsy, stating this will become a "bad practice".
