Punjab & Haryana HC Issues Notice to Authorities on Plea Seeking to Stop Pension to Convicted Leaders - 29.09.2016

Punjab & Haryana HC has issued notice to Haryana Govt., Secretary, Haryana State Assembly,Ex-CM O P Chautala, his son Ajay Singh Chautala, Ex-Speaker Satbir Singh Kadian and Ex-MLA Sher Singh Barshami on a plea seeking stoppage of their pensions,on account of their conviction in corruption cases.
