Delhi HC Refuses to Stay E-Waste Rules for CFL Manufacturers - 29.09.2016

Delhi HC, while declining a plea by manufacturers of Compact Fluorescent Lamps/Lights (CFL) for the postponement of enforcement of e-waste management rules, has directed such companies to comply with the same.
