Bombay High Court Rejects Ram Dhuri’s Plea Seeking Heritage Tag on Mehrangir - 02.09.2015

Bombay HC has rejected plea filed by Ram Dhuri, president of National Forum for Aided Institutions Employees(Dept. of Atomic Energy), seeking direction to auction purchasers of Dr Homi Bhabha’s bungalow- Mehrangir, to not carry out demolition or repair work since it is of historical significance.
