SC Upholds Punjab & Haryana HC Order on Liquor Licensing Policy - 28.09.2016

SC has upheld Punjab and Haryana HC’s order quashing a key element of Punjab Government’s liquor licensing policy allowing each liquor manufacturing company or distillery to issue consent letter to just one person, company or firm for issuance of L-1A license.
