Hyderabad HC asks Govt.: Why HC not Consulted on APAT Decision - 28.09.2016

Hyderabad HC has asked Telangana Govt. to explain how State Govt. could request Union of India to delete State of Telangana from Purview of AP Administrative Tribunal (APAT) which leads to transfer of more than 8,670 cases of Telangana before the APAT, without consulting the High Court at all.
