SC Orders H.D. Kumaraswamy to Face Trial in Land Case - 28.09.2016

SC has sets aside 2011 ruling of Karnataka HC that quashed criminal proceedings against Ex-Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy in 2007 land allotment case.
